The Veterinary Correspondence Revision Course (VCRC) is a complete review of veterinary medicine and is ideally suited to preparing candidates for
the new North AmericanVeterinary Licensing Examination. The Veterinary Correspondence Revision Course has also been used by
candidates to help them to pass the California and Texas State Board Examinations.

North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE)
consists of 360 multiple-choice questions. It is a fully computerized test and having 10% of the questions graphic or pictorial. The questions are administered in six blocks of 60 questions each. You have 65 minutes to complete each block - a total of 6 1/2 hours. You have 45 minutes of total break time which may be used to make the transition between blocks. The breaks can be taken to suit your needs but can only be used between blocks of questions. You may answer questions in any order and review and/or change your answers but when you exit a block, or when time expires, no further review of questions or change of answers within that block is possible.

Sixty of the 360 questions are used as field test questions and are not counted in scoring but are intermingled with scored questions and are indistinguishable from the scored questions.

The examination covers all animal species and is designed to assess your veterinary knowledge relating to private clinical practice.

FINAL YEAR STUDENTS

Do you have any doubts about passing the NAVLE Examination? If you do – the Veterinary Correspondence Revision Course can help you. The course has already helped many students (from Davis to Cornell) and many graduates (who want to relocate to another state) to pass this difficult test.

You have spent so much on your training so far, can you afford at this stage not to pass the NAVLE first time?

Recently a final year student who complained that she was the worst in her class took the course and passed where some of her other class members failed!

Some DVM graduates have tried everything to pass the NAVLE, so far in those such cases we have helped them with our course, and they have passed the NAVLE !

FOREIGN GRADUATES

Most states require you to first take the ECFVG which includes an English Examination and then the NAVLE and Finally the CPE. The CPE, which is a Four day practical examination, can be avoided by taking a one years internship At certain approved veterinary colleges (see CPE details). For further information Contact the AVMA for their foreign Package at 1931 N. Meacham Rd., Schaumburg, Illinois 60173-4360. Call 1-800-248-2862.
